Nothing left to prove

One of the ways we know we have arrived at core identity is that we feel we have nothing left to prove to others. After all, if we know who we are it's only important that we know it. If we are affected by opinions then we should ask why we are doubtful enough to be influenced about something which should be deeply intrinsic.

This took me a very long time because cleansing the palette (so to speak) of the relentless programming we received during our development can be grueling and older transgender people in particular were much more susceptible to having ingested all hook, line and sinker.

Today I need to convince no one and am at peace with my identity which has been incorporated entirely and become immovable. Since an essence isn't something we put on like a cloak then clearly it shall not be displaced no matter what we wear.
