Interview

If you were to interview someone before an audience you wouldn't get the full story. Yes, you would get huge nuggets of truth but the fears, doubts, traumas and obsessive thoughts would be left out. 

We would get partial truth. 

But it is the full schema including all the little cracks and crevices that is more important because it is the negative stuff that haunts and encourages loss of confidence. 

The hard work isn't creating a stable and workable personal narrative that people will buy, but instead one that we will.

If we are a transgender person it becomes all the more incumbent that we perform that internal work.
