Clocked

Getting clocked as a trans person has never mattered less than at this point in our history. I know that the term "passing" is justifiably a dirty word and I don't worry about it at all. Yes, I have been blessed with some genetics which work in my favor but when I was in my worst state of mind regarding my nature, those genetics were still there and yet people noticed something was off because everything about you from your movements, facial expression and demeanor will be impacted.

Who you are is determined by who you believe yourself to be which is between the ears. Therefore when I got my house in order in my head suddenly I was blending in to society to a point I never imagined was possible. If you believe you are wearing a costume then that is what the rest of the world will see as well.

Know who you are and, in so doing, pass as yourself.
