Well this rogue and extremist Supreme Court has overturned the Chevron doctrine which had a 40 year precedent. In simple terms, when legislators had doubts about the science of an issue they were to defer to subject matter experts in their decision making.
As of today right wing imbecile legislators who do not believe in science can get together in sufficient numbers and overrule the opinions of experts from organizations like OSHA, the FDA and the EPA.Yet another nail in the coffin.
