Obsessive

When anything remains unresolved it risks becoming obsessive. Our minds go there constantly because whatever is perturbing can be like a splinter which needs tending to. What we need is to arrive at a balance point where it doesn't occupy so much real estate in the brain. 

Dysphoria is like that and once we find a magic formula for it our mind thanks us because we can live with less intrusive thoughts. We are no longer masking, suppressing, denying, distracting or obsessing but simply living in harmony with the self.

When you get there you will feel it.
