You never know

In a quiet residential neighborhood in British Columbia yesterday two people in their sixties are found dead along with their dog. All have been shot.

In a neighboring house the culprit is found dead from a self-inflicted wound. 

Apparently these neighbors had differences over the years over parking and perhaps other disputes but it boiled over into this. The police had been called at 7:30 pm to resolve  dispute which they thought was settled once they departed. Hours later they came back to a burned out car, flames in the garage and the couple dead inside. 

This is perhaps a sign of where we are as a society. Emotions are boiling over and distress, depression and anxiety are building to fever pitch in some people. 

You never know what someone is carrying inside them.
