The self

It's good to look after the self. After many years of prioritizing others I am not complaining but I realize now that neglecting our own needs is not healthy.

I've been reliable all my life and now almost feel guilty for having the luxury to look after myself properly. We only realize once we are outside our previous bubble how important that is.

Turns out that no one is better equipped to do it than us.
