Every time you arrive at a new echelon you think you can rest on your laurels. But then months later you look back and you realize you have changed yet again. It's very organic and not aimed at anything other than to be more balanced.
I find it's best to have that as your only goal and to let things morph in accordance. If things continue to improve then we know we are on to something.
