Over time

When you know who you are something magical happens. Your brain stops working on who is looking at you and how you are being perceived. You are now like most other people and simply going about your business. 

There isn't excessive thought about what you are going to wear because it is no longer as important as it was when you are mired in self-doubt. After all, these are your clothes and not someone else's. I have noticed this change over the years and it is the most rewarding feeling I can think of. Knowing that you are finally right in your skin as a transgender person has no price. 

You are your own supplier of validation and you radiate with a much different energy which people pick up on. You look calmer and happier to others which only draws them in more because you know that you are not presenting a temporary facade but instead being completely yourself.
