I am less worried about my son than I used to be. For one thing, he increasingly shows signs of his grandfather's calm composure and intelligence. When you speak to him his 24 years lived suggest an older soul who reflects before he speaks.
It takes time to understand ourselves and our place within society but I tell him to continue to be reflective and it will come. If he persists in his study of the self he will learn some fundamental truths which will guide him through life.
He will begin to learn to temper the existential angst we all share.
