Those who know better

The businessman with the acumen to bankrupt casinos is setting US trade policy. If that doesn't send shivers down your spine not a lot will. 

Trump keeps using language that he is charging countries tariffs which is nonsense. The country ships their goods and a tax is charged at the port of entry to the importer by the government. The importer then invariably passes the extra cost on to the consumer. 

This is not rocket science. 

What is infinitely more disturbing is that he gets away with it and allowed to burn down the building. 

Yes, there are the uninformed hoards but there are those who know better and say nothing which is even worse. 

Trump is an imbecile but Scott Bessent isn't and knows better.
