I've discovered that transition isn't the process of going from point A to point B; far from it. It is instead a constantly shifting journey of self discovery where you are tweaking a formula to become the most authentic version of yourself.
In that regard everyone is in transition; not just transgender people.
It's been a complex road made more so by having being born in the early 60's, but we cannot become stuck through obstacles of our own making. We continue forward with the idea that limitations are mostly self imposed through fear.
Whatever transition means for you will be right presuming that with each step there is a better version of the self emerging from a restrictive shell.
Growth isn't always easy or fun but, if after the discomfort we emerge victorious, all will have been worth it.
The alternative is stagnation.
