I just found out the Montreal office of my old company hired their first transgender woman employee. Never when I started in my business did I think that could ever happen. Not in the engineering biz.
Apparently she is in her twenties and came in very nicely dressed on her first day; also wearing heels. Good for her!
Amazing. We've come a long way:)
This 60 year old's mind is officially blown.
