Cluster

Humans are so exceedingly complex that we like to cluster for comfort. We want to be understood and so we look for those similar to ourselves to find meaning and to comprehend why we are a certain way.

The current social environment is in tremendous flux specifically because the shroud has been lifted and we are seeing the true dimensions of what it means to be human. Along with that we have seen our lexicon try to keep up and define because that is what we like to do for comfort and as explanation.

I think what is helpful to each of us is not to try too hard to have a cluster mentality but to think for ourselves. We are unique beings after all and we should reflect as such by questioning orthodoxy which doesn't really speak to us.
