"Regarding Us" is about a black transgender teacher named Veronica Hathaway who is outed after working 7 years at a Catholic school. She is let go being told that they weren't advised about her "choice" of lifestyle.
Transgender actress Alexandra Grey does a fine job here in the role of the teacher being discriminated against and whose family has even disowned her.
She befriends a little girl who needs help in gaining confidence after having trouble in school who herself makes friends with a gender questioning boy from Alabama whose family also does not understand.
On Tubi and highly recommended.
